1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "cy999," "We," "Us," or "Platform" refers to cy999, the online casino and sports betting platform operated at cy999.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "You," "Player," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses the cy999 platform, whether as a registered account holder or a visitor.
• "Account" means the personal player account created by you upon successful registration on the cy999 platform.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" refers to the funds held in your cy999 account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or non-withdrawable incentives credited to your account by cy999 under a promotional offer.
• "Wager" or " Bet" means any single gaming action — a spin, a hand, a round, or a sports bet — placed using real-money or bonus funds on the cy999 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification using government-issued documentation such as a CNIC or passport.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you via approved payment methods, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the cy999 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary account restriction mechanism by which a player requests temporary or permanent suspension of their cy999 account access.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and cy999. By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the cy999 platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full without reservation or qualification.

Your continued use of the cy999 platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. cy999 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policy documents published on the cy999 platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant supplementary document.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the cy999 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cy999 enforces a mandatory 21+ age requirement without exception. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on the cy999 platform.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise or third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from the cy999 platform or any affiliated platform by way of self-exclusion or involuntary account closure for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or agent of cy999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.

cy999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, a current passport, or a government-issued driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cy999 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All wagers placed and any winnings accumulated by an underage account holder will be forfeited. Any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method after mandatory verification checks have been completed.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the cy999 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. cy999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cy999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. cy999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your account for additional security.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify cy999 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or email. cy999 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or to report a suspected breach without undue delay.

4.4 KYC Verification

cy999 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. All players are required to complete full KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC documentation may also be requested at any other time at cy999's sole discretion, including when unusual account activity is detected.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cy999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. cy999 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players where practicable.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are credited to your cy999 wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. cy999 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cy999 accepts no responsibility. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to technical feasibility. cy999 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative approved method where necessary.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before real-money funds can be withdrawn. Withdrawing prior to completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those bonus funds.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 8 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically completed within 4 hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedules.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All financial transactions on the platform are subject to monitoring. cy999 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved may be connected to fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cy999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin equivalents, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 or over only. One bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus offers are subject to stated wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and contributing game percentages are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the cy999 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, Joker Poker, Pearls of Bingo, virtual sports, and the cricket and sports sportsbook — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game's interface, in addition to these overarching Terms.

cy999 utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games are published in-game. The fairness and integrity of all game outcomes is independently certified by cy999's game providers and is not subject to manipulation by the cy999 platform.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error occurring during gameplay, the affected game round may be declared void and the relevant wager returned to your account balance. cy999 shall have no further liability in such circumstances. Decisions made by cy999 in relation to the resolution of technical errors are final and binding.

For sportsbook wagers, all bets are subject to cy999's sportsbook rules, including rules governing in-play betting, settlement procedures, voided events, and maximum payout limits. Sportsbook settlement decisions made by cy999 are final and not subject to reversal except in cases of clear administrative error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cy999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling cy999 to immediately suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit all balances therein:

• Operating more than one registered account on the cy999 platform simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or bonus claim processes.
• Any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the cy999 platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured bonus mechanics in a manner that cy999 determines constitutes unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that cy999 reasonably determines to constitute match-fixing, arbitrage betting at a scale constituting abuse, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the platform's risk management systems.
• Attempting to access the cy999 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under applicable law while misrepresenting your location.
• Any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with your use of the cy999 platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cy999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of cy999 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cy999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any ownership rights and does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or technology on the cy999 platform without the prior written consent of cy999.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cy999 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the cy999 platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether cy999 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The cy999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cy999 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. cy999 expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

cy999's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to cy999 in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cy999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Termination & Account Closure

cy999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account activity poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Continued operation of your account would expose cy999 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• You have provided false or misleading information in connection with your account at any time.

Where an account is closed by cy999 for breach of these Terms, cy999 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including real-money funds — pending the outcome of any investigation into the suspected breach. Where no breach is ultimately established, real-money funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

You may request the voluntary closure of your cy999 account at any time by contacting the cy999 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been satisfied.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming license framework under which cy999 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and cy999 arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first contact cy999 support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. 14 Amendments to These Terms

cy999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, cy999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice posted on the cy999 platform. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the cy999 platform after any amendment to these Terms has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the cy999 platform immediately and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

cy999 recommends that all registered players review these Terms periodically — particularly before claiming any promotional offer or making a significant deposit — to ensure they remain current with the applicable rules and conditions governing their account.
